I’m a UX designer passionate about human centered design, and specially interaction design & user research. As an interaction designer and member of the UX designer’s community I put user front and do my best to come up with a creative solution to eliminate users’ pain points through meaningful interaction on product. I believe in making the journey of the user much easier as a value. Being empathetic helps me in the process of user research and also performing in teamworking in a good way.
My education entitled business administration and my previous job as a sales and marketing specialist in Iran both helped me gain expertise in how customer experience affects business outcomes and how fulfilling working with users and solving their problem is.
